When an Admin Superuser Logs Into the Application, a Restricted EPS Node is Showing and "Failed saving EPS/Project data. The Project was deleted by another user." Occurs When Adding Child EPS (Doc ID 2083895.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to create a new child EPS under the Restricted EPS node as an Admin Superuser the following error occurs in the application:

Failed saving EPS/Project data. The Project was deleted by another user.

The following error appears in the P6 Web access logs:

Caused by: com.primavera.bo.base.BONotFoundException: The Project was deleted by another user.
com.primavera.bo.base.server.ServerDAOImpl Failed loading object of type: BOCalendar with id: 0.
com.primavera.bo.base.CalculateEngineImpl  Projwbs with id is referencing a calendar with id [0] that does not exist.
