Client History Screen Cannot Be Accessed after Applying Patch (Doc ID 2083936.1)

Symptoms

After upgrading to version 9.6.1.23,  Client History screen cannot be accessed.

When Client History screen is accessed after client information is updated, client history screen fails with the following error:

java.lang.ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException: 5

Steps to Reproduce
1. Search for a client.
2. Change any of the following: Client Address or client information. Save.
3. Navigate to Client History Screen.
