Getting Time Out Error in ECEDC Node When Placing Usage in OCOMC

The user was not able to place Usage in OCOMC. There was time out error in ECE_DC node while trying to place usage in OCOMC (offline mediation controller), for example: 'time out happend in transport'
The user tried by restarting the complete process many times, but there was still no change. Also not able to see any logs getting generated in the charging server of ECE meaning that the usage request may not have reached ECE charging node.
