MSD_DEM_ENTITIES_INUSE has the last UOM´s created.

Update synonyms is run.

Customer followed this below and want to confirm if this can be followed in
production.

Logon to Business Modeler on TEST instance, and enter to configuration
Display Units Option, to see UOM duplicated's, proceeded to delete the UOM's
duplicated and, just left the UOM originals, and ran again Collect UOM
Conversions Request, and ending successful.

Can customer do the same on PRODUCTION Instance or do they need to review
some other tables ?
