Retail by Zone Not Populating in Item Location Window (Doc ID 2084334.1)

Symptoms

 

In Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS) 13.2.x, Retail by Zone is not populating the Item Location form.


Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Create an item – Sellable Y, Orderable N, Inventoried N, with a unit cost of 0.
  2. Fill out the Retail by Zone on the item.
  3. Apply locations to the item and note that zone pricing is not applied.
  4. To apply the prices, one must go back into Retail By Zone, select locations, and then select OK.  After navigating again to the locations screen, the pricing will be present.
