On : 6.2.1 version,
EWOs are received from an upstream order system and the Work Order Number on the EWO is set to match the order number from upstream. We received an order, which was canceled in MSS and all tasks were closed. The order has been resubmitted from the up-front system with the same order number and we are unable to re-use the Work Order Number on the new EWO.
Since the previous order is fully closed and the EWOs are uniquely identified by a sequence in the database (DOCUMENT_NUMBER), is there a reason that the order number cannot be re-used?
The work order has to be manually entered.
