Bill Search UI Timesout For Large Invoice Group Accounts In 2.4.0.1

Symptoms

Bill Search UI timeout for large Invoice Group accounts.
No records are retrieved when searching for the bill using Account ID since it is timing out.

This happens for Invoice Group accounts with more than 4000 DDAs.

System message http 500 is displayed.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
 Bill Search UI (Navigation --> Main Menu --> Financial --> Bill) search by Account id.

Due to this issue, users cannot display Bills for large accounts
