Cursor Jumps To Beginning Of Worksheet When A New Member Is Clicked On In The Member Tree Pane (Doc ID 2084368.1)

Cursor Jumps to beginning of Worksheet when a new member is clicked on the member tree pane.

Cursor should remain at the cell and time bucket it was at rather than jumping back up to the top of the WS.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open Worksheet
2. Expand the Member Tree and chose a specific member in the combination.
3. Scroll down to a later date in the WS
4. Now click on a new member or combination in the Member Tree.
5. Cursor jumps back up to the first cell in the WS

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, it causes Users to have to constantly scroll down to see the data which can be very cumbersome with very large worksheets.
