ModifyBalEvent Failed to Sync to ECE cache with Message as "REJECTED_AS_STALE" on Execution of PCM_OP_CUST_MODIFY_CUSTOMER (Doc ID 2084536.1)

On executing PCM_OP_CUST_MODIFY_CUSTOMER, the balance group poid was not published with latest revision id to ECE. Because of this, the ModifyBalEvent failed to sync to ECE cache with error as "REJECTED_AS_STALE" and moved to suspense.

Below was the modifybal event publlished to ECE:

Here, balance group rev id was published with value as 0 instead of the latest rev id.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. Create an account using PCM_OP_CUST_COMMIT_CUSTOMER
  2. Create service and purchase product/discount using PCM_OP_CUST_MODIFY_CUSTOMER
  3. Check customerUpdater log
