Symptoms
After upgrading the environment to version 1.6.1.19 the web GUI menu does not work correctly in Internet Explorer (IE) 10.
When clicking on any menu item or sub menu item the font in the menu first becomes dark and blurry. After a short time it turns back to a readable font again. The same issue occurs when opening a sub-menu.
When sliding the vertical menu bar to the left or right the bar will move all the way to left and back. It is like its blinking between a closed menu and open. This makes it almost impossible to adjust the menu width. There is no control and when the left mouse button is released the menu width can be anything. Generally, it will be different then the location where the mouse was released.
As when using IE8, it is expected that the menu looks correct and works well and the menu bar should also works properly.
