Goal

We are managing several systems running ISS. Because we manage these systems, often we have to modify entries in the jiss.conf file.  But, some of the lines are very hard to read and distinguish from one line to the next.  The lines in question from one of those jiss.conf files for the JVM args are, for example: 

All those switches jammed onto one line is a huge opportunity for a typo or forgetting to make some change on one of the many systems we manage.
