Error Message Received when Refreshing Deployment on MDT.
When the refresh button is clicked on a Meter Data Terminal (MDT), an error message is received that an error was observed. The crew is able to click OK and continue to receive work on the new deployment even though an error was received.
"Error observed while refreshing deployment"
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open MDT
2. Click on the refresh button
