Person Relationship shows on Person Tree

On : After upgrading CCB from 2.2 to version,

On Control Central -> Person Tree, a record was populated on "1 Child Person Exists" node.

The record is not populated on "1 Child Person Exists" node.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Click on Person Hyperlink in Dashboard.
2. Click on the Person tab located at the top of the screen.
3. Locate the Authorized Agent and enter the end date to terminate the Authorized Agent Today's Date.
4. Save and check the customer information portal. Expand the "1 Child Person Exists".
