ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT Error When Connecting to Agile (Doc ID 2085119.1)

Symptoms

Logging into Agile using both the Web client and Java client return a ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT error message.  If logged into the Agile application server then the user is able to log in to Agile using the Web or Java client. However, the session expires within a few minutes. 

 

Changes

 Installed Symantec Endpoint Protection software on the Agile Application Server.
