Symptoms

In Argus 7.0.6:

After Upgrading to Argus 7.0.6, when specific users perform a duplicate search, they are receiving the following error:

Error No -2146233088 Description: Contact your system administrator

CMN_ERROR_LOG shows:

PKG_TEXT_SEARCH.P_GET_CASE_DATA :- System.Data.OracleClient.OracleException: ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: character string buffer too small

This was completed on an environment without a customized duplicate search
