ZRG3004F: Button Next Page Does Not Perform Auto Commit

On production: version, Usage

When attempting to enter a new claim in ZRG3004F,
the following error occurs.

When filling in all mandatory fields on the first page and pressing button no automatic commit is performed anymore, causing the form to automatically copy the claim lines from the previous not committed clam.
Work-around is to first commit on the first page, before going to the next page for entering the claim lines.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. ZRG3004F: Enter new claim through provider (without commit)
3. ZRG3004F: Enter new refund claim (without commit) and notice that the claim line details from the previous claims are copied into this claim

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users must first commit any new claim before entering the claim lines.
