No Control Over PlanSegmentNames Being Shown At The Policy Level. (Doc ID 2085293.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
No control over PlanSegmentNames being shown at the Policy level.

Cannot set the display name being shown on the SegmentScreen at the policy level.
It is simply taking the first PlanSegmentName of the given type code and displaying that name. That is an issue for our design since we may have different descriptions for the same type code based on other criteria. We should be able to choose the PlanSegmentName that we want. If you go see the Account that this policy is tied to, AccountNumber: 410981, under Plans --> PlanProducts notice the different descriptions there are for Life products for example:

- TERM LIFE-CHILD
- TERM LIFE-EMPLOYEE
- TERM LIFE-EMPLOYEE PREPAID
-...

All that is showing on the policy is TERM LIFE-EMPLOYEE. Notice also the AddSegment menu on the Products Screen at the policy level, we can only choose 1 description of each segment type code.

See Screen shots for details and see attached backup as well. We are using the CreateSegment attached rule to create the segments at the policy level but there is no tag in there to indicate what description we would like to see. We would need that or a way to access the rule that allows us to show the Description on the left hand side while on the segment screen at the policy level. If it could show even just the SegmentName would be better than choosing the first PlanSegmentName found.

The CreateSegments attached rule used is in the Enroll transaction at the policy level, but there is nothing in there to indicate the description to be shown.

Client should be able to set the display name being shown on the SegmentScreen at the policy level.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. the data was loaded through the database, this is our conversion environment but the same thing happens when we use the CreateSegments Attached rule. And if we wanted to use the add segments menu on the segment screen at the policy level, we would not be able to do so either since it only shows one description of each type.
