Symptoms

We are upgrading MedDRA version from 18.0J t0 18.1J, we have started recoding. We suddenly got the below error message. Attached screenshot for the same.

"Error updating case data. Error message Contact your system administrator; start chunk index: 1322001; End chunk index: 1323000"

The last status showing was processed cases of 1322000 of 2438599
