Symptoms
The following error appears when trying to copy a DCM to a different study when a DCM Question Group (or DCM Question) has been referenced in the graphic layout (FFL_XML) and subsequently removed from the DCM definition :
'123400: CreateNewDCM Failed -> ORA-01403: no data found' (above appears when there is a single DCM subset or there are multiple subsets and user chooses to copy the base subset only when prompted).
'123400: CopyFFLAllSubsets Failed -> ORA-01403: no data found' (above appears when there are multiple subsets and user chooses to copy the all subsets when prompted).
