How to configure Override for Op_rate_pol_tax_loc (Doc ID 2085684.1)

Goal

The user wants to customize to override op_rate_pol_tax_loc by following the steps as mentioned in BRM documentation -> Adding and Modifying Policy Facilities Module -> Using the Policy Opcode Source Files.
However, this leads to CM crash.

It was found that while implementing this customization in BRM 7.5 PS12, the user has inadvertently overwritten PS12 OOB fm_rate_pol.so with their PS8 custom fm_rate_pol.so version.

Moreover, the user found the new implementation uses fm_rate_pol.so and fm_rate_pol_custom.so, every tax calculation is sending the same company code off to Vertex for tax calculation. The user never customized fm_rate_pol_map_tax_supplier.c or fm_rate_pol_tax_supplier.c, and did not see any changes in those files from PS8 to PS12.

The user added the following to override to see if the right tax supplier information would be sent on to Vertex:
