Importing Data Definition Data Set Values Throwing Generic System Error: "UCM server is down" Found in Unifier Log Files (Doc ID 2085786.1)

In: Unifier uStage and/or Production Environment

A generic system error is thrown when triggering the creation of Data Definition Data Set by way of CSV file import.

Expected Results: Data Set for a Data Definition should be able to be imported without incident.
Actual Results: The following error is being thrown through the UI: Unifier Notification: The system could not process your request. Logging in again may help n some cases. Contact your system Administrator if you are still having problems.

The following error is written to the Unifier log files: /sys/dm/action.xml:367: java.lang.Exception: UCM server is down
