Welcome E-mail to Team Member Fails with ORA-01795: MAXIMUM NUMBER OF EXPRESSIONS (Doc ID 2085986.1)

When attempting to send a "Welcome" email to a P6 Team member using the Team Member Email Statusing Service, the email fails to send and the following error is generated in the Team Member Email Statusing Service Log File (Messaging.log):

ERROR com.oracle.pgbu.teammember.messaging.PullMessageProcessor - Error while loading ResourceAssignments:

Caused by: java.sql.SQLSyntaxErrorException: ORA-01795: maximum number of expressions in a list is 1000

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

      1. Send a welcome email to the P6 Team Member (with a Team Member's Email address in the body of the welcome email, and "Welcome" In The Subject line)
      2. The Email Is Recieved By The Team Member Email Statusing Service But Moves To A Failed Folder
      3. Noted Error Is Generated In The Log File.
