Long Running Transactions in Docupresentment (IDS) are not Logged in the MSMQ Journal for the Reply Queue (Doc ID 2086198.1)

Symptoms

Some transactions seem to process successfully in IDS and appear in the send a receive logs for IDS. The response, however, is not logged to the Journal for the MSMQ response queue.
