Transfers with delivery date null are not displayed in Oracle Retail Stores Inventory Management (SIM) store order.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create transfer from wh to store with delivery date set.
2. Create another transfer from wh to store with delivery date not set
3. Note that only transfer with delivery date is displayed in SIM
