Unable to setup I/O Streamsjava.io.EOFException Errors When Attempting to Start Reveleus for New Installation (Doc ID 2086292.1)

Symptoms

On OFSAAI 8.0.1, after reapplying the 8.0.1 PFT Application pack, there are errors when starting reveleus. When starting OFSAA services, the following is output in the log RevAppserver.log:

The login screen appears on the UI side. But upon logging in and trying to arrive on landing page /index.jsp Nothing appears.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Perform model upload and reapply 8.0.1 PFT application pack.
2. Clear WAS cache and restart services
3. Check log files
