SIM Outbound Messages Fail with JNDI Lookup Error in MPS Staging Table After Upgrading to SIM Version 14.0.3

After upgrading to Store Inventory Management (SIM) application version 14.0.3, inbound messages work fine, but outbound messages are failing with below error. All outbound messages are stuck in SIM database table MPS_STAGED_MESSAGE. This happens for all message families.
