Symptoms

On OPPM 15.1.0.0 version, Alert System

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
URLs in email alerts sent from Workflows contain the server name instead of the Fully Qualified Domain Name (FQDN), and do not work.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Email alerts should contain functional URLs.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will by initiating a workfow that assigns action items to users.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot navigate to the module in OPPM via the URL contained in the email, to process the action for which they have been notified.
