No Able To Access ESM Mapping Utility (Doc ID 2086615.1)

Unable to access the ESM mapping utility

The following error is observed:
"Invalid username or password. Please try again."

yet the same user can login to Argus front end without issues.

In AG services log, the following error is posted:

18-Nov-2015, 00:02:06 >> General Email > 3
18-Nov-2015, 00:02:06 >> General Email > Login to Business Server failed. Database: <DB_Name> User: <agservice_username>.
18-Nov-2015, 00:02:06 >> General Email > "C:\Program Files (x86)\Oracle\Argus\Argus Safety\AGProc_email.exe General Email General Email" stopped.

Additional error noted in argus log file is documented as follows:
