RWMS Does Not Allow Creation of New Appointment for Quantity Appointed But Not Received in a Previous Appointment (Doc ID 2086997.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to create a new appointment for a partially received PO, the following error occurs:


Steps to Recreate:

  1. Create NSC (Non Specified Case Pack) Appointment with full PO (Purchase Order) quantity.
  2. Receive partial quantity.
  3. Close appointment.
  4. Create new appointment and attempt to add remaining quantity. RWMS does not allow this.
  5. Click on Create Record in the appointment screen.
  6. System will give user a soft warning message. Agree the message and fill all necessary information.
  7. Now user will able to see the PO added to the appointment.
