Data Import Fails to Process in Central Office When Deployed as a Cluster

Data Import (DIMP) process is failing on clustered Central Office application instance with the error below:
Issue occurs under the following conditions:
1. Quartz scheduler trying to process files concurrently on all the nodes of the cluster instead of just running on one node.
