User Defined Field (UDF) Is Not Visible In The Advanced Condition Properties (Doc ID 2087258.1)

Goal

Configured a new User Defined Field (UDF) to show up on General Tab
Console > System Configuration > Field Labels
GENERAL > General Information > Click on appropriate User Defined XXXX entry
Enter appropriate information for the field
Change Hidden to "No"
Save
Verify UDF is displayed under the General tab for cases

Want to use this new UDF in an Advanced Condition.
Under the Advanced Condition properties for GENERAL > General Information the new UDF is not displayed.

How is this new UDF made available for use in an Advanced Condition?
