Comment During Change Status in Japanese Gets Garbled After Running Java PX (Doc ID 2087330.1)

Symptoms

Actual Behavior
When Java PX set to workflow of change status ends in error using the following code, comments set in Japanese gets garbled after the PX is run.

 
  • Create new event

    Event

  • Create new Event Handlers

  • Create new Event Subscribers

    Execution Mode : Synchronous
    Order : 0

  • Create ECO : C00065
  • Change Status
  • Enter Comments in Japanese
  • Comments are shown with garbled character
