How To Enable log4j Logging In Primavera Gateway (Doc ID 2087449.1)

Goal

In order to obtain more information from the log file and enable the DEBUG level the Log4j logging mechanism needs to be enabled to to have much more information printed out in your Weblogic console.  This will generate log files with more details about the SQL queries that are generated during a synchronization in Gateway.
