POS Transaction Lookup Cannot Be Done on SKU Level Items (Doc ID 2087500.1)

Symptoms

The issue described in this document is known to Oracle, and a fix already scheduled for future release.
This article will be updated as official patch information becomes available.


Point-of-Service (POS) transaction lookup in Transaction History screen can not be done on transaction level (SKU items).


Steps to Reproduce:

1. Search for a POS transaction on a SKU level item.
2. Observe that transaction is not visible.
