On Product Definition: 2.15.1.0.0 version, Installation

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After logging into the User Interface, no usable links are available. Because no links are available, it is not possible to configure any Product.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
It was expected to see menu options to choose from in the User Interface.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.
Deploy the application in Weblogic Console.
2.
Login with a user in the User Interface.
No menu options show.
