Error: "Data provider or other service returned an E_Fail status." When Exporting to Spreadsheet (XLS) From P6 Professional Client

Performing a Spreadsheet "XLS" export results in 'E_fail Delivery' error.
Spreadsheet XLS export results in E_fail delivery.
- Open a Project.
- Then, go to File, Export, Spreadsheet (XLS).
- Then, the following error is displayed:
'Excel Import/Export features require Microsoft Access Database Engine, Please contact administrator. Export/import Excel functionality uses the Microsoft Access Database Engine which needs to be installed on the machine can be downloaded here: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=13255
- After downloading the correct program. When going to File, Export, Spreadsheet (XLS), another screen will pop up (EXPORT TYPE Check mark activities, activity, relationship, expenses, resources, and resource assignment). Select Finish.
- This will Result in error: 'Primavera P6 Professional R15.2 Export Failed. Data provider or other service returned an E_Fail status. Please contact your system administrator to correct the problem.'
