Goal

On all versions of Oracle Communications Network Charging and Control (NCC), when testing services on low traffic environments (testbeds or pre-production), Advanced Control Services (ACS) Event Data Record (EDR) may appear to never be closed and closed/flushed out for post processing.

This article will explain the two parameters which control when an EDR file is closed and when they are applied.
