When Multiple Change Order With Redline Set and One of the Change Order Is Released the Other Change Order Redline Data Is Lost (Doc ID 2087814.1)

Symptoms

Actual Behavior
Part : P0001 have certain attribute (ex: Page Two.Text01) with value A.
(1) ECO:C0001 redline the attribute value to B. On Affected Items tab, you will see redline of the attribute.

  Text01:A  ----> B

(2) ECO:C0002 redline the attribute value to C. On Affected Items tab, you will see redline of the attribute.

  Page Two
  Text01:A  ----> C

When ECO:C0001 is released, on Agile PLM 9.3.3 and below, on Affected Items tab of ECO:C0002 you will see
following redline of the attribute.

  Text01:B  ----> C

On Agile PLM 9.3.4, on Affected Items tab of ECO:C0002 you will see redline of the attribute is lost.

In addition to redline data being lost, there will be warning message shown.

Warning: Releasing this change will cause another change to lose redlines. This change has Title Block redlines that conflict with the Title Block redlines of other pending change(s). Releasing this change will prevent the redlines of the pending change(s) from being displayed.

Steps

  1. Create part P0001

    Page Two
    Text01:A

    Page Three
    Text01:A

  2. Create ECO : C00001 for part P0001
  3. Go to Affected Items tab
  4. Redline Titleblock

    Page Two
    Text01:A  ----> B

    Page Three
    Text01:A ----> B

  5. Save
  6. Create ECO : C00002 for part P0001
  7. Go to Affected Items tab

    Redline Titleblock

    Page Two
    Text01:A  ----> C

    Page Three
    Text01:A ----> C

  8. Release   ECO : C00001
  9. Go to ECO : C00002 and move to Affected Items
  10. Confirm that the Redline Titleblock has been changed. Redline has been lost.
