TITEM Record is Missing in RTLOG for the Related Item when the Related Item is a Service Item (Doc ID 2088063.1)

Symptoms

In Oracle Retail Point of Service (ORPOS) 14.0.3, TITEM record is missing in RTLOG for the related item when the related item is a service item.
When we sell an item which has a related item linked, the information about this service item is missing from RTLOG file.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Set up a stock article which has a service item linked.
  2. Log in to POS Client.
  3. Sell the stock article.
  4. The service item will be automatically added to the sale screen.
  5. Complete transaction.
  6. Verify the RTLOG file. The TITEM record for the service item is missing from the RTLOG file.
