Users are not able to open new CRFs. The issue is affecting all the studies, all the user, and all the patients. Error reported by the application is:
The data entry window has encountered an unexpected error and
will shutdown. if the problem recurs, please report the following
information for diagnostic purposes:
Log code nnnnnnnnnnnnn, internal error.
