Symptoms
PROBLEM STATEMENT
Customer is unable to delete a component from a DSL Network System.
STEPS
1. Open the impacted Network System
2. Locate and try to Delete component the component at fault
3. MSS does not allow the operation and throws the error below:
This element participates in relationships with the following network systems and cannot be deleted or removed from the network:
TTTXXXX
4. Looking at the complete network
you can find component at fault but no operation is permissible.
BUSINESS IMPACT
User needs to clean up the network system but is unable to do so.
