On : 10.1.2.3 version, General

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When a field is left empty in an Inquiry Screen, the application crashes. This was working fine in 9.6.1.13 but has been happening since migration to 10.1.2.3.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Inquiry Screen should never crash when fields are left empty.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. create a field with the following XML:





SELECT CASE WHEN '[TestText]' IS NULL THEN 'Field is null' ELSE 'Field is not null' END FROM DUALTestResultTestResultText





2. Log in to the application.
3. navigate to the Inquiry Screen.
4. Leave a field empty and perform a search.
5. Screen will crash.

The issue has the following business impact:
This problem is a showstopper as there are many developed Inquiry Screens in v9.6.1.13 that no longer work and it prevents migration to 10.1.2.3
