Inquiry Screen Crashes When Fields Are Left Empty

When a field is left empty in an Inquiry Screen, the application crashes. This was working fine in but has been happening since migration to

Inquiry Screen should never crash when fields are left empty.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. create a field with the following XML:

SELECT CASE WHEN '[TestText]' IS NULL THEN 'Field is null' ELSE 'Field is not null' END FROM DUALTestResultTestResultText

2. Log in to the application.
3. navigate to the Inquiry Screen.
4. Leave a field empty and perform a search.
5. Screen will crash.

The issue has the following business impact:
