Symptoms
When clicking the Add Letter icon or selecting the Add Document option from the Select an Action drop-down menu to add a new letter, the following error occurs:
Null
If an existing letter is opened and the Generate Letter option is selected from the Select an Action drop-down menu, the letter document will get created.
