Null Error When Clicking 'Add Letter' Icon or Add Document option from the Select an Action Drop Down in Letters Log

After upgrading to 14.2.1, the following error occurs when attempting to add a new letter:
This will occur if the Add Letter Icon is clicked or if the Add Document option is selected from the Select an Action drop down.
If an existing letter is opened, and the option Generate Letter is selected from the select an action drop down, the letter document will get created.
