Problem With Rerating /event/billing/product/fee/purchase Events

On : version, Rerating/Rebilling

During the process of upgrading BRM from version 7.3.1 to 7.5 PatchSet(PS) 11, an issue occurred with re-rating of /event/billing/product/fee/purchase events.
The following scenario worked fine in 7.3.1 environment where purchase events were re-rated with success.

The issue was related only to the 7.5 PS11 environment and the problem was related to the products configured with type "item".
