BSP Product Instrument Mapping Error: The Product id xxxx does not have a Instrument Table Mapped to It for Node ID

When attempting to run product instrument mapping the following error occurs in FSI_PROCESS_ERRORS for leaf and node that do not have data in the instrument table. Expect no error or warning for Node ID that does not have any entries in the instrument table.
ERROR_DESCRIPTION: The product id xxxx does not have a instrument table mapped to it.
1. Run Product Instrument Mapping.
2. Check FSI_PROCESS_ERRORS and see a lot of errors referring to Product ID.
3. Check DIM_PRODUCTS_TL and found LEAF_ONLY_FLAG is Y for PRODUCT_ID that represents a node.
