ReIM Cannot Invoke RFI Service GLAccountValidationService (Doc ID 2089543.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to invoke Retail Financial Interface (RFI) service 'GlAccountValidationService' , the following error occurs.

Steps To Recreate:

1. Java 1.7 is required
2. GlAccountValidationService.jar should be placed in lib folder of WEB-INF
3. ReIM is integrated with EBS using RFI.
4. The SYSTEM_OPTIONS are set as follows: FINANCIAL_IND=Y, FINANCIAL_AP=A
5. Go /reim/glCrossReferenceQuery.do page and try to validate GL Account. It is throwing above error.
