The purpose of this troubleshooting document is to provide a list of known issues encountered when starting or deploying Weblogic, Tomcat or Websphere for Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA) Infrastructure as a part of an Asset Liability Management (ALM), Profitability Management (PFT), or Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) environment.
Important: If your issue is not listed below, please log a Service Request and provide the following logs:
nohup.out (or similar file) from the directory where you start Weblogic, Tomcat or Websphere
nohupt.out (or similar file) from $FIC_APP_HOME/common/FICServer/bin
RevAppserver.log and SMSService.log from $FIC_APP_HOME/common/FICServer/logs
