P6 Web Login Page Is Blank or Loads Incompletely Using Internet Explorer 11 (IE11)

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When accessing the P6 EPPM page, using <machinename>:<port>/p6, the following symptoms may occur:
- Unable to click Advanced on P6 log in page
- Version doesn’t display at bottom of P6 landing page
- Unable to choose other databases in P6 Web
- Username or Password prompt are not displayed when logging into P6 Web
When accessing the P6 EPPM page, using <machinename>:<port>/p6, the site should appear normally with graphics, colors, and version information.
