Symptoms

In Oracle Retail Point of Service (ORPOS) , promotion Name shows 'null' in EJournal for a return transaction with transaction level promotion included.

Prerequisite:

1. Apply <Patch 20578841> - HOTFIX 14.0.2.0.7 BINARY FOR BUG 20507015
2. Apply <Patch 20731317> - HOTFIX 14.0.2.0.14 BINARY FOR BUG 20661730

Steps to Reproduce:
