RPAS wbmgr Utility Results in Error 'wbmgr caught Exception: database does not exist at given path ~/domains/ldom1/users/t0000000000'.' (Doc ID 2090256.1)

Calling wbmgr -list in a batch is failing on ListWorkbook due to a corrupt workbook that exists in the domain.

Log shows the following:
Now executing wbmgr in domain '~/domains/ldom1'.

Printing selected workbooks...
wbmgr caught Exception: database does not exist at given path '~/domains/ldom1/users/t0000000000'.
wbmgr exited with status: 4

Manually running the wbmgr -list shows the following
wbmgr -d . -list -all 
Listing all workbooks in the domain...

t0000000001: Test1
t0000000002: Test2
t0000000003: UAT Test 1

We know the workbook is corrupt as it exists, however it has only NA values, there is no label etc. 

For example:
